Returns the internal rate of return for a series of cash flows

Syntax

IRR(values, [guess])

Arguments

Argument	Description	Required
values	An array of cash flows for which you want to calculate the internal rate of return	Required
guess	A number that you guess is close to the result of IRR. Defaults to 0.1.	Optional
