Basic Features
SheetRocks supports familiar spreadsheet operations for data entry, formatting, and calculations.
Data Entry & Editing
- Enter basic values: Values are interpreted as their appropriate types, for example 10/24/2025 as a date and 97% as percent.
- Enter formulas: Write powerful formulas with support for all standard spreadsheet operators and 150+ functions.
- Copy, paste and cut: Copy (Ctrl+C), cut (Ctrl+X) and paste (Ctrl+V) cell ranges. For pasting values only use (Ctrl + Shift + V). You can also paste values in from Excel or Google Sheets.
- Autofill a range: Hold and drag the little square on the bottom right of a selection to autofill the selection into the new range. Double clicking the autofill square autofills to the end of the sheet.
Cell Formatting
- Cell formatting: Apply bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough formatting to cells.
- Text & Background Colors: Change text and background colors. Colors have been optimized for high contrast.
- Number formats: Set number formats: currency, percent, date, time, text, scientific, fraction, and more.
- Text positioning: Adjust the text justification (left, center, or right), vertical alignment (top, middle, bottom) and word wrap settings.
- Borders & Merged Cells: Organized and highlight cells in your sheet with borders and merged cells.
