HOUR

Returns the hour component of a specific time as a number between 0-23.

Syntax

HOUR(time)

Arguments

Argument	Description	Required
`time`	The time that contains the hour to find.	Required

Examples

Extract hour from decimal time

=HOUR(0.75)

Result ⇒ 18

Hour at midnight

=HOUR(0)

Result ⇒ 0

Hour at noon

=HOUR(0.5)

Result ⇒ 12

WORKDAY - Returns the date that is the specified number of working days before or after the start date.
YEAR - Returns the year from a date value.
YEARFRAC - Calculates the fraction of the year represented by the number of whole days between two dates
