COUNTIF

Returns the count of cells that meet a specified criteria

Syntax

COUNTIF(range, criteria)

Arguments

Argument	Description	Required
range	The range of cells to count	Required
criteria	The criteria to count cells by	Required

Examples

Count cells greater than or equal to 90

Count cells equal to specific text

Count cells less than a value
